In an effort to eat a little healthier, I decided to hit Pinterest up for some healthy but tasty snack options.
I found a bunch, hit the store and went to town.

These are really good and taste way better than they look. My girl is the only one that didn't like them. Great for breakfast or as a snack.
I'll make these again for sure. I used craisins instead of raisins. There are a whole lot of different things you could add to these to make them however you'd like.
In my oven now is a version of these Honey Roasted Chickpeas.
I used coconut oil instead of vegetable and omitted the sugar. I'll let you know how they turn out!
