It's been a crazy week! It's the last week of school. Parties, field trips, meetings...
I'm really looking forward to summer break. Sleeping in (till 630 maybe?), pool fun, slower pace. Ahhh.
Anyway!
I love apothecary jars. You can fill them with anything you'd like according to season or holiday to add a little extra to your table or shelf decor.
Today I have a really simple and cute idea for you.
Yesterday I was in Hobby Lobby. Glass decor was 50% off so I grabbed a cute little apothecary jar.
I gave it a wash and then filled it with my white and ivory BUTTONS! We all have a stash of buttons somewhere. Why not use them to make a space cute? Bedroom dresser? In between books on a shelf?
Have a wonderful day ;)

We were in Hobby Lobby on Tuesday and I totally pointed these out to my husband in a desperate attempt to persuade him that I NEEDED them. Didn't work. I'm not giving up though. I love these jars!
ReplyDeletelove apothecary jars!!! i have a few in my craft space with ribbon and buttons!
ReplyDeleteDarling Tine! I have one put away and I'm taking it out today in honor of you! What will I fill it with....Thanks for sharing on Pinkalicious Thursday!
ReplyDeleteXOXO,
Tasha
I too love Apothocary jars. I love to fill them with candy, in colors to match the theme of the party or holiday. I save the more expensive and unusual candies in the freezer for the next year.
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe anyone can freeze candy for a whole year and not eat it (see above comment). Does Raining Jelly Beans offer self-control for sale? If so I'd like to buy some. :)
Great photos! What kind of camera do you use?
ReplyDeleteI'm following along from voiceBoks as well - it's a great community of parents and bloggers. Hope you can make it over to check us out!
Have a great weekend!
